*STM umbrellas are rated in winds of up to 50 MPH and we are the only company to offer a High Wind upgrade rated up to 70 MPH. Upgrade consists of heavy duty reinforced steel gussets and a thicker gauge steel pole. The tough exterior and steel reinforced interior supports mean that this umbrella can stay out in some of the roughest weather....no one needs to run outside to take them down when storms approach or when winter comes.
